# DSH Tauri Archive

> Find, restore, or delete archived chats.

`dsh-tauri-archive` adds **Settings → Archived chats** and replaces workspace deletion in the workspace menu with archiving.

## Actions

* Search, sort, group, or filter archived chats by project.
* Unarchive a session to restore its original workspace group.
* Archive a workspace's sessions from its menu.
* Permanently delete one or all archived chats after confirmation.

## Data and boundaries

* The host `WorkspaceRegistry` owns archive state; the plugin keeps no separate archive ledger.
* Host routes use `/api/desktop/dsh-tauri-archive/session`.

<Warning>
  Permanent deletion removes archive records and persisted session directories. Unarchiving cannot recover them. Back up chats you need before deleting.
